Our Story
KC Millwork was born from a desire to build something lasting—a family legacy rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work.
We are an immigrant family. Our parents arrived to the United States from Belarus in 1999 with little more than determination and a belief that hard work could create opportunity. Our family was raised on a strong work ethic shaped not just by the need to survive in a new country, but by the drive to truly thrive.
Our father spent decades working in construction, both in Belarus and in the U.S. Known for his meticulous process and unwavering standards, he approached every project with care, discipline, and pride in his craft. That mentality—work hard, do it right, and always strive for excellence—was passed down to his children and became foundational to everything we pursue.
KC Millwork is a return to our roots. It represents a commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful process, and work built to last. More than a business, it is our way of honoring where we came from while building something meaningful for the future.
